Finding healthy foods to snack on can seem like a daunting task but with this simple fruit and nut snack bowl you can easily put something together that is nutritious and packed with energy providing ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Organic Granola Gluten-Free Granola can be replaced to make a Gluten Free snack bowl
  • 1/4 cup Green or Red Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Diced Pineapple Fresh Cut (not canned)
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Red Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Diced Kiwi
  • 1/2 cup Organic Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Raw Unsalted Cashews
  • 4 cups almond, hemp, rice, coconut or cashew milk *OPTIONAL: For a breakfast cereal option

Instructions

  1. In 4 separate bowls evenly spread out the granola one cup per serving.

  2. Cut and dice up fruits.  (Pineapple, Kiwi)


  3. Wash all fruits: Raspberries, Blueberries, Grapes, Kiwi and Pineapple

  4. Evenly distribute the nuts between the 4 bowls. (Almonds and Cashews)

  5. Evenly distribute the fruits between the 4 bowls.

  6. *Optional:  For a breakfast treat add almond, hemp, rice, coconut or cashew milk and enjoy. 

  7. NOTE: Fruit and Granola/Nut mixture should not be stored together as the fruit can make the Granola become soggy.  If you would like to make large quantities of this snack it is a good idea to separate the nuts/granola into separate storage and add fresh fruit when needed.
